Spotlight at The Paramount is a restaurant, bar and art space that delivers diverse entertainment which resonates with people through all forms of art: on a stage, on a plate, or on a canvas. With a full bar including 12 taps, and an eclectic full-scale food menu, created by executive chef Matthew Wagner, Spotlight adds a new innovative art center experience to the nightlife in Huntington Village. Located beneath the famous music venue, Spotlight at The Paramount is the perfect place to eat, drink and be inspired before and after a show. 
In addition to showcasing an evolving menu and hosting local and nationally renowned musicians, the gallery focuses on Experiential Art and will display various exhibits for the public, stimulating innovation and creativity among visitors. By doing this, Spotlight offers a window into the talents and originality of professional and aspiring artists, as well as adding to the already robust culture of art, music & food in the Huntington Community.
